I live by this quote. I never used to, I used to worry about every, past, present, future. I admit I still do stress quite a bit, but I'm getting over it slowly. But really, why should you worry about something in the past or future? The past has already happened, there's nothing to can do to change it now. And worrying about the future won't do *anything* except stress you out. Worried about something in the future? Make sure you do something about it then. But dwelling over it won't change a thing, only actions will.
